Mercure Singapore On Stevens

Location: the hotel was just next door to Grab or Taxi as well as the shopping area. Spent our evenings in nearby The Gyu Bar, especially when it was humid outside. We had a double room, and it was newly furnished. The bed was very comfy and the balcony had magnificent views.

Came in Singapore to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was excellent home base for doing it. They provided a lot of outstanding choices for breakfast that was included. Good location, the free parking was available. There was an orchard and a hill near the place. The breakfast was exceptionally good and perfect, the check in was early.

My experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. I arrived late and had to wait several minutes for a response from the front desk, frustrating after a long journey. The breakfast situation was chaotic, with empty tables and a lack of clean utensils. It made for a disheartening start to my day, and I didn't receive any helpful information during check-in about available services or dining options.

great access to great parks and art museums nearby

I recently enjoyed a lovely weekend stay with easy walks to both the mad museum of art & design, just 1 km away, and jacob ballas children's garden, only 1.5 km from the hotel. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

The Stevens metro is just two stops away, leading you to Little India and Chinatown quickly. Enjoyed the lovely pool and garden area. The room was small but clean with daily housekeeping. Great dining options nearby.

We enjoyed our stay with the kids, especially the pool that was perfect for relaxation. The room was spacious and equipped with free high-speed Wi-Fi and a large Smart TV. Plus, it was easy to hop on a bus nearby to explore the city.

In my wife's opinion, the check-in process could be faster.

Each morning started with a good breakfast buffet. Fresh fruits, pancakes, and even Malaysian specialties like Nasi Lemak transported me to flavor heaven! A fantastic start to every day.

I encountered an unexpected issue at check-out. I informed them about leaving a day early but was still charged for the full stay. A bit frustrating during an otherwise lovely trip.

Loved the local dining spots nearby, like PappaRich and Long Beach-seriously tasty! The friendly staff, and the hotel's cleanliness was on point. Definitely enjoyed the convenient location too!

The room was a tad small and lacked some basic amenities like water bottles and cotton buds. Plus, the pool area needs a bar to grab a drink without leaving the water. Not ideal!

Sofia at the front desk turned a challenging check-in into a smooth one. Enjoyed quick access to delicious restaurants nearby. Perfect for solo travelers seeking convenience. Just keep in mind the rooms are on the smaller side. A solid choice for the price.

Really good customer service and beautiful amenities

The staff were really good too. The infinity pool and the fine view. I found the laundry costs to be a bit high.
